Really good. Fast and easy. I used real onions instead of green. Otherwise I followed directions spot on. Kids 10 and 12 years old really liked it and so did Husband. Everyone had seconds. I would make again and throw in some broccoli shrimp and maybe cashews. Safe bet for quick dinner.

I used the pre-chopped cauliflower from the grocery and added pre-cooked shrimps. Cuts down prep-time and mess. It is great rice substitute! Texture and taste are great!
