LOVED IT! Followed all but left out the salt, it didn't need it. Topped with pre-made tortilla strips, avocado, sour cream. Will make again! :)

I doubled the seasonings and used spicy canned tomatoes. My whole family enjoyed this soup I will make it again

Sooooooo good! Husband and 4 teens all loved it! Even my picky “I don’t eat soup” kid filled her bowl up to the brim. Not a drop left at the end of dinner. Will definitely double the recipe next time so that we can have some leftovers..

Delicious! Made this tonight and satisfied my Mexican craving without a massive amount of calories. Will definitely make again.

Awesome!
I’ve made this multiple times. It is so easy and delicious. I double the recipe and freeze the leftovers...

Awesome!!! Easy to make, warm and inviting to scent when I walked in. I enjoyed my first bowl with plain tortilla chips, 1/2 avocado, and a squeeze of lime. Delicioso!

I was really looking for something with simpler overall prep and cook time. I also generally eat less spicy food than this.

Very tasty!! I didnt have any black beans so I used kidney beans instead. Still delish and I will definitely make it again.

Very yummy! It's a keeper recipe. Has just the right amount of heat for a not-so-spicy kinda gal.
My husband is Mexican and doesn't get a whole lot of Hispanic cuisine from me. So, this was a delicious treat in which he helped himself to seconds!
Mod: Used fresh diced tomatoes instead of unsalted, canned diced tomatoes. Don't habe access to Himalayan salt, so used regular.

This soup was delicious and simple to make! My husband was unsure when I told him I was making soup in the crock pot (he's not a big fan of the crock pot meals). He gave it 2 thumbs up and kept saying, "this is so good"!

Soo yummy! We make this all the time!
We dont much care for tortilla chips, so we skipped that part, and instead of chopping our own peppers tomatoes and onions we use the premade pico- but the soup itself is soo good.
