These are delicious, easy to make and great crunch. This is my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. Thank You!!!

I thought these were really delicious, especially after adding a tablespoon of keto chocolate chips! And I did add a little bit of salt and a teaspoon of vanilla for flavor. However, they are so crumbly that they fall apart when you pick them up to eat!Next time, I will add another egg to perhaps bind them together better.

They were ok. Definitely needs more vanilla, kind of bland.

it was bomb. The family enjoyed it with whip cream which is great if you miss ice cream.

Excellent cookies. I made them with almond butter and used a sprinkle of sea salt on top. I used Lankato golden sugar but next time I’ll try a different type, or a blend to minimize the cooling sensation that is often found with some sugar substitutes. They are a bit crumbly as well. Next time I’ll try with pb, or with a fresh ground nut butter like you find at WF.

Great recipe! It’s as close to a “real” peanut butter cookie as you can hope for! Makes Keto bearable!
I added keto approved chocolate chips, for an extra indulgence. Thanks for the recipe!

So the are better when they have sit over night, they are a little dry and the after taste of the replacement sugar is not the greatest, but will definitely make again great no crab no sugar cookie

I having been making these cookies every week for a couple of months now and they are very good. I’m retired and I actually make them for my sister who is on the Keto diet! She says they save her! I changed up the recipe a bit in that I add 1/4 chocolate chips and I make 12 cookies not 24 and I bake them for 14 minutes. They come out great and my sister uses them as a meal replacement.

Way too crumbly. A huge waste of good peanut butter.

Very good texture and taste considering no sugar or flour. A great snack when transitioning to a sugar-free diet!
