Crush and finely mince the garlic.

Combine the garlic, honey, and soy sauce in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat in the honey-soy mixture. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
