BBQ ribs made quick and easy. First remove membrane on underside of ribs. I cover the seasoned ribs in foil to cook for 45 mins then I remove foil , baste with more sauce and broil for 15 mins. This is the only way I can cook ribs in the middle of winter with an electric oven.

not a fan, bad rain storm forced me into the oven...

Kinda charred...:-(
Followed recipe and it took forever to get to desired 180...then I put under the broiler...only 2 mins & charted...
Not the best recipe....just saying...
Don’t do the broiler and they’d probably be great....

Didn’t turn out the way I wanted. The meat was still raw after the amount of time it said to cook and had to add more time and came out too hard.

My family loved this. I had to flip and add like 10 more mins on bake. Super easy and yummy!

The time is either wrong or the temperature is off because at 30 minutes you barely start to see your meat darken up. I decided to follow another recipe that says to cook at 300F for 1.5 hours and then add more sauce to put it back in the oven for 30 minutes at 350F.

It was completely raw

Made two different types of rubs/mops for the ribs, definitely would make this again just less cook time.
