    Husband and I thought these were very tasty. I was happy I had everything in my cupboard. I did use grapeseed oil as I didn't have the avocado oil and didn't really want use butter. Be sure to remove all the fat you can. Used a baking sheet and cooked for only 20 minutes. So quick!

    SO yummy! I made a half recipe in the smaller cast iron pan I have and there were now problems at all. I will be making this again and again!

    My whole family ( including two picky boys) enjoyed this chicken. I will definitely be making this again. It was very simple and easy for a quick weeknight dinner. We made yellow rice and broccoli to go with it.

    It was perfect! Juicy and tender with just the right amount of flavor. Definitely would make again. Added a little water to the skillet couple mins before pulling it out of the oven and made a broth to put over the rice I served on.

    This recipe was so easy I had all the spices in my cupboard I followed the directions exactly the rub coated 6 large pieces of thighs I baked them in my large cast iron skillet !! I don’t cook a lot anymore as kids are all out of the house now so this was a quick meal for me and wthe hubby (he’s a bit picky :-))with rice on the side will defiantly make again ! Thank you!! A before and after photo i should have plated it nicley for the pic but was still Yummly ;/)

    Easy, tasty, pleased everyone. I didn’t have thyme, so used some dried rosemary. Flavor was great. Paired with homemade skillet hash browns and sautéed zucchini and golden beets. Will make again!
