- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. paprika (plus a pinch of)
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- ground pepper (Pinch of fresh)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 cups cauliflower rice (frozen)
- 5 oz. coconut yogurt (plain, we love Kite Hill almond-milk based Greek-style yogurt)
- 3 scallions (chopped into ¼-inch rounds)

So delicious!! We didn’t use yogurt and we eyeballed the salt and pepper. Wouldn’t change a thing based on how it turned out.

Pretty good but definitely a unique flavor that won't suit everyone. easy to make. I added onion and seasoned the cauliflowerrice but otherwise kept the recipe the same. Not bad but probably won't make again.

My husband and I think it was pretty good but I felt it was too dry so I added coconut milk to make it more of a sauce.

As a meal alone, it's a little bland but as a side or to add to a protein it's a great base.

A super easy first recipe from this app! It turned out great, and I was surprised at how fast it came together after the dicing was done. 🤤 Bon appétit!

This recipe is pretty bland as it is. I will admit, I didn’t have coconut yogurt so maybe that could have added another flavor profile.
To add more flavor I added cilantro, lime juice, and verde salsa
