Amazing! We loved it. A new go-to for sure. (And do the stovetop simmer/whisk, not the blender method that the blog suggests, which actually seems harder to me)

Perfect sauce!
Delicious taste and doesn’t take long to cook!

I’ve wanted a peanut sauce that is a bit sweet, yet still spicy, where the vinegar and other ingredients aren’t too overpowering or bitter, so that you can still actually taste the peanut flavor (think of the balance between sweet and sour sauce, but with sweet and spicy). This recipe fits the bill and is absolutely delicious (if those things are what you’re looking for anyway)! And the really great thing is…if you want it less sweet, cut back the sugar a bit; if you want it to have more spice, add more red curry paste. You can use it as a “base” and mold it into whatever suits your palate. So glad I found this recipe…and extra points for not needing that many ingredients or much time (and it even makes enough to share with others 😆).

Very good and very easy! I agree that it is too sweet per the directions. I added more peanut butter and Thai Chili paste to cut the sweetness. I would suggest you add the brown sugar or honey only to taste. I also added some minced ginger for an extra kick.

This is delicious. Whole jar of Thai red curry sauce as someone else recommended, less sugar (2 tspns), and because we were out of coconut milk I added a tspn of coconut oil for the flavour and thinned it with almond milk. My whole tiny flat smells like my favourite Cambodian place right now, which is a bonus.

I added an entire jar of Thai Red Curry because I like super spicy food. All in all, it’s an easy fun recipe.

Not bad. One of the better peanut sauce recipes I've tried to make at home. I added some ginger, garlic, and lemongrass to round out the flavors and cut down on the sugar (only put about a couple of pinches). My only concern is that I wish it was a bit thicker.

Love this recipe. I make it all the time. Add some hot chili oil or siracha if you want a little kick to it.

Better than a store-bought sauce! I used low-sodium soy sauce; the red curry I used is spicier than the one in the can. But other than that spite it’s perfect! delicious!

This was a great peanut sauce.!! It makes quite a bit, luckily hubby loved it so much he’s to use on other meals like chicken, salad or potstickers!

Thank you!! This is amazing! I paired it with brown rice mixed with sautéed purple cabbage, shredded carrots and garlic with a vegan patty on top! #instantHIT
