They were pretty good I used crunchy peanut butter instead of separate peanuts and peanut butter and I think that helped it stick together better still a bit crumbly but not bad at all I’m using this a base recipe for more

I got carried away with adding coconut, cocao nibs, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds. I added quite a bit more raw honey and peanut butter to make them stick together, but that was my fault. I didn't cook them. just pressed them in a pan and refrigerated them. I think they are awesome! So easy and so tasty!
