Air Fryer Flank Steak Fajitas

On a busy weeknight, put your air fryer to work for a quick and delicious meal that cooks all in one appliance, with easy clean-up. Gently spicy, salty, and tangy Tajín seasoning, sold in grocery stores with Mexican ingredients, flavors both the steak and vegetables. Serve them with store-bought salsa and guacamole, and you’ve got a whole meal that’s ready in minutes. Note that if you have a smaller air fryer, you may need to cut the steak in half and cook it in two batches. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Ashley Strickland Freeman.

- In a large bowl, combine 1 Tbsp. Tajín seasoning, 1 Tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. coriander, and ¼ tsp. pepper. If flank steak is too big to fit in your air fryer in a single layer, cut it in half. Add steak to seasonings and turn to coat well.
- Set the basket in place in an air fryer. Close the lid and program the air fryer to 425°F for 8 minutes (for medium-rare meat). Preheat according to instructions for your air fryer.
- Add steak to the air fryer basket (cook half at a time, if needed). Set bowl aside, unwashed. Cook steak, turning it halfway through cooking, until it’s done the way you like, about 8 minutes for medium-rare (an instant-read thermometer registers 135°F when inserted into the thickest part). Transfer steak to a cutting board and let it rest 10 minutes.
