Rave reviews - only made half of what was called for. I subbed ricotta cheese and added a bit of milk to give this more creaminess and less density. Used the hash browns you simply add water to, used our homemade deer sausage, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, canned slivered red bell peppers, and an assortment of cheese. I prepped it all the night before and popped it into the oven the next day.

Very good and can be adjusted easily. I preferred to leave out the Swiss cheese and added two more eggs. This is a winner!

I modified it and did 4cups cheddar 7 eggs no bacon it still turned out g

Yummy! This was an easy and delicious breakfast
