This is super yummy!! Leftovers aren’t the greatest as the tortellini becomes mushy as it soaks up extra liquid. The flavor is wonderful, though! I used hot Italian sausage and a packet of Sazon (I put it in almost all of my recipes that have red tones… trust me and try it if you never have!) My husband never goes back for seconds…. He went up for thirds of this soup!!!

This had good flavor and my family enjoyed it. I didn't have Italian sausage but used regular turkey sausage. Next time I'll try it with it as Italian sausage. I also added only six cups of broth. Next time I'll add one additional cup because it was a little thick for soup.

Very good dish that you can make quickly. It seems to be missing something of substance though. I recommend trying different things as a substitute until you find something that works for you. I used shredded chicken.
