DO NOT add the stock and cook if you want a nice crispy crust on the pork chops. Took away from browning them to begin with

I will make this again and again...my way. seeing as the pork chops were pretty much done, I only put them in the oven for 15 minutes ( without the stock). They were juicy and tender!!! We loved them!!!

This was pretty good. My only dissapointment was the crunchy coating of corn flakes and bread crumbs got soggy from being in the pan with the chicken broth (and having to keep adding it so the chops wouldn't dry out). Other than that, this was a phenomenal way to make pork chops!
