I liked this a lot. My only negative was having to fry the chicken because of the mess it makes. I doubled the sauce, only used 4 chicken thighs and served over Jasmine rice. I used a store brand stir fry vegetable and added it about an hour before the chicken was done. This recipe makes a great base and you can add your favorite veggies. I would recommend for ease of making and the flavor.

Fantastic! I added frozen veggies mix hr and half before serving and was just great. Family loved it.

Light Asian taste, nothing overpowering. Easy to make in slow cooker.
