Delicious bbq brisket recipe! Very simple to make with only a few ingredients. Will be making this again soon.

This is a great recipe to make when you don’t have the time to go low and slow in your smoker. We had a small 4 lb cut, with an in oven time of three hours allowed us the time to do some things around the house and produced result of a juicy and flavorful brisket. Paired with some slaw and corn muffins, it made a great Sunday dinner! We will definitely make this again.

tasty and tender! Will def make again. Only difference was I seared it in an iron skillet rather than using the grill and I had some sweet baby rays bbq sauce here so I used that rather than the homemade recipe.
