Mine were 3 lbs so cooked for 25 minutes maybe will cook a tiny bit more next time.. I didn’t use the vinegar just apple juice. Delicious fall off the bone ribs. Everyone loved them. How excellent to know you can do this on a weekday. Served with cowboy beans and a summer squash gratin. Make these and be a HERO!

It turned out alright. Used 1/2 cup of vinegar, but it still seemed overpowering.

Outstanding! Follow recipe to a tee. I’ve cooked ribs before in our instant pot and did not turn out as well as these. Will make again. Now in our dinner rotation.

very fast, easy receipe, used this receipe last month for my nephews birthday party. The ribs were great and tasty. It was the first dish to finish at the party. love it and am making another today. Thanks
