Good! My food processor is a little small and I don’t have a gas stove. So I chatted as best I could under the broiler. I had some red hot peppers leftover from the farm share and roasted them with the eggplant on the 30 minutes. I saved half the baba ganoush and blended those in for a slightly spicier option. Both tasty!

I had my first taste of baba ganoush at a Lebanese restaurant in Portland, Oregon last week and it was love at first bite! Right away, I leaned to make my own using this recipe, and it turned out as good!
