Big hit with the family. My husband used his own BBQ rib rub. The molasses glaze was awesome. I'd only recommend making sure to get bacon that stretches easily. We used thick applewood bacon and it didn't quite cover it (the toothpicks helped though)

Great flavour, easy to do I have to admit that I didn't bother to weave the bacon, just laid out the strips and rolled up the pork loin and fastened it with tooth pick.

Awesome! I would definitely make this again. A big guest party item. Who doesn't love bacon. I forgot the toothpicks but no problem.
