Decent salmon recipe using ingredients you probably have on hand. It’s tasty, but I didn’t find it as ‘wow’ as other reviewers though.

Delicious and quick to pull together! I wrapped some asparagus and a few dots of butter in a parchment paper pouch to cook alongside the salmon. All were cooked perfectly after 10 mins. *REMOVE the asparagus BEFORE broiling the salmon to avoid the parchment paper from catching fire though! I’ll be making this one again for sure!

Delicious! I totally forgot to broil the salmon in the end, but I did cook it a little longer then required and it came out perfect. I will definitely make this again! The sauce was such an interesting combo of ingredients.

Delicious. Broiling for a couple of minutes just before serving was a great finishing touch carmelizing the sauce. The salmon was tender and flavorful.
