So I actually misunderstood this recipe (just because I didn’t read thoroughly) and mashed the banana into the batter. I also added 6T of coconut oil and did a tsp of pumpkin pie spice instead of a pinch of nutmeg. Worked out perfectly for Belgian waffles- just 3 min for each waffle. I doubled the recipe, making 6 waffles.
