- 1 Tbsp. chili paste (like Sriracha or Sambal Oelek)
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- coconut palm sugar (1 tablespoon Wholesome!)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt

Soooooo good. I didn’t have lemongrass paste so I used a little fresh lemongrass that I mashed and added a little ginger paste instead. We did rice noodles and the juice from the marinated carrots was perfect on top. Will definitely make again.
