turned out great, easy and fast to make and i cant wait to finish the rest tommorrow

Great! brought me back to childhood. My grandmother used yo make it for summer holiday gatherings. So, today I made it for her with a couple of adjustments. I used Adobo in the water for the potatoes to cook and alittle in the seasonings for after. I also used paprika in seasonings and layered it in the middle one time and on top. We had no green onions (scallions) but I will next time. Thanks for helping me remind my grandmother how she got down in the kitchen 😁
