I love this recipe! I excluded the egg. Added an extra teaspoon of sriracha (for some extra spice). And threw in some extra seasonings in the soup before adding the noodles (garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger). Will definitely make again!!

Recipe has potential but needs tweaking. Note to self: add fresh ginger and marinade beef in oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar. (cooking for 2) 2 Ramen pkgs, 2 1/2c beef stock, 1c chicken stock 1/2c water forego the egg that was weird

We love this. Ramen has so much flavor. My son is shocked that I made it. My husband kept putting me off. I think he thought it would be like college food. Not so. We’ve had it twice now.

Delicious I’ll add some mushrooms and edamame next time to boost the veggies but very good as is

I followed the directions but added a lil extra sriracha. It was delicious!
