Excellent. Will make this again. I cooked it in the oven, not on the grill.

Baked in oven covered. Cooked in less than 2 hours. Used a little more honey and sesame oil and it turned out great!

This was light on flavor, but we still enjoyed it. I made it in the oven and it was perfect in tenderness. Overall a great recipe!
