Deeee-iscious! Measures in recipe were perfect!

Very good. Used bonless beef ribs as a cheaper alternative & it worked great. Slightly frozen much made slicing thin easy. May try using hoisin & ketchup mix next time for a closer match to Panda Express flavor. This recipe has more of a sweet & sour, but it’s good & I’ll definitely make again.
Note: Made it again, but used pork and substituted hoisin for the ketchup. It was great!
