Amazing simple recipe

It was an easy dough to make and was very forgiving, however the top part of the crust turned out rock hard (had it covered) and the bottom seemed underdone and chewy. I’m not sure if it was something I did or if it’s the recipe, I followed the recipe and my pies (apple and pumpkin) were cooked. Not sure if I’ll try again

Turned out awesome! Made an empanada with the extras. Messed up the foil part by pressing to hard but outstanding none the less.

Probably one of the best pie crusts I’ve ever made. Always comes out great. You can really taste the butter. Love it!

I made and it’s very flaky, moist and rich at the same time. I put butter on the bottom and around the inside of the pie pan. It was perfectly delicious. I didn’t add the glaze on top because I personally like my pies softer. This was a very good recipe.

flaky and tastes great. Put something under your creation as it bakes because the butter in the crust oozes. Used for chicken pot pie. Delish!
