Add 1/2 c Parmesan cheese, 1/4 c finely chopped coriander to meat mixture. After pressure cooking, wrap with bacon then top with ketchup. Broil.

Turned out delicious! Seasoned well, and not too heavy. Took less than half the time it takes to make in the oven by using the instant pot!

Very good!! Would make it anytime. Perfect spices. Made for two meals: I’d recommend for anyone. Such easy ingredients and easy to make.
