This really is the perfect egg salad. I loved it. The dill was the key to making it taste like a restaurant version. Both my husband I loved it!!

Yummy! I didn’t have fresh dill so I used dried dill. Still great!

Great! Didn’t need the mustard or celery. The green onions made such an improvement on my plain old recipe.

Good recipe! Added a bit of lemon, salt, paprika and Dijon mustard but did not use onion.

Might also try a variation with cubed Quorn vegan chicken/Turkey roast (make ahead, cooled) to make chicken salad sandwiches

Fantastic! Will make this my go to egg salad. The dill gives a lovely flavor.
