Dough was easy to work with. Had to add flour to roll out. Was flakey and delicious!

Works well - far superior to other GF crusts I’ve tried. Made a 2-crust pie (apple) and a 1-crust (pumpkin). Family loved it. Careful on your crimping or can get tough there.

The only change I would make is to add a bit of sugar. Outstanding flakiness for a gluten free crust.
