- hard boiled eggs
- diced onion
- chopped celery
- mayonnaise (Hellman’s)
- yellow mustard (hot dog/ball park type)
- salt
- pepper
- mustard (ground, dry)
- dill (fresh or dry, same amount)
- bacon (cooked to crisp or REAL Hormel bacon bits)
- 2 lb. potatoes (Yukon, OR 5 medium russets)
- 2 eggs (hard boiled)
- 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 1/3 cup celery (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (Hellman's recommended)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. yellow mustard (ballpark/hot dog style mustard)
- salt (Small sprinkle of, no more than 1/4 teaspoon or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dill (or to taste)
- 3 slices bacon (cooked to crisp and crumbled OR 3 tablespoons of REAL Hormel bacon bits, crisped in the micro or skillet before adding)

The recipe turned out good, but only used 1/3 of the yellow mustard it called for. Too much mustard for me. Will definitely use again with a few adjustments.
