This marinade is excellent, but I didn't use the honey. I add a little Merlot.

Tasty and not too sweet, something I don’t like my steaks to be. Marinated a strip steak for about an hour, next time I’ll let it sit longer to soak up move flavour.
I would recommend it as is, and also as base marinade to experiment from.

I had to tweak it and add extra ingredients, so I wouldnt use it again.

Pretty good, I used pre-sliced carne asada from winco. Topped it on a bed of lettuce
