Huge favourite in our house! I add flaxseeds to the blitzed oats for a little extra health boost. Sometimes also add a 1/4 cut of almond flour to the base but not too much more or it can dry out the bars. Makes a great after school snack when sugar cravings are high!

I loved it! So did my dad who needs everything ridiculously sweet, which was a nice surprise.
I used a much bigger baking pan made of stone so it was more spread out which meant I probably needed to cut down the time, but I liked that it was a little crunchy.
I also added a little extra oats to the top part of the mixture because I didn’t save enough, which also made it more crunchy.

I modified the recipe by changing the syrup to honey. I thought it came out well and it was a great morning snack!

I added a bit more vanilla extract to the last 1/3 of the oat mixture to make it spread easier, but that is the only adjustment I made. It turned out nice, but it was much better the next day when it turned soft.

Too much banana flavor for me and I prefer a crisper crust, this was very chewy and somewhat bland. I followed the recipe to the tee. I won't make them again.

They were pretty good. The chia seeds took away from the blueberry flavor but I didn’t hate it.

Simple recipe. Came together quickly. Nevertheless, even if it took a long time, it would be worth the wait. Explosion of flavors with every bite.

Super easy, quick, and tasty. I used frozen wild blueberries. They didn't last long; everyone went back for seconds!

Turned out great, used a jarred blueberry jam to add some sweetness. Also dashed in some cinnamon and brown sugar to the dry ingredients to boost the flavor. Will try baking a little longer to cut down some of the chewy texture. Definitely will make again

Easy recipe and only a few ingredients! I didn’t have chia seeds but switched it out for ground flax and it worked out great.

Weirdly chewy and bland... not sure what went wrong. Used honey instead of maple syrup. Might be the problem. Still good.

It went out a little loose, but it might be because of bananas. Overall it is tasty but too sweet.
