I followed this recipe to a T and it turned out terrible. It wasnt even close to being done, so i had to bake it for longer. Much longer. Maybe my blueberries were too juicy.
Then when the top was done. It stuck to the bottom, so i couldnt get it out. It ended up being a sorry pile of half cooked batter and hot gooey blueberries.
We still ate it, and it wasnt the worst thing ive ever eaten. But it didnt look anything close to the picture. It also wasnt anything close to a bar. Booo

Could use less flour. Very thick/dry. Pretty bland as well.

I loved the idea of all these healthy ingredients but they taste very bland. I would add some nuts or nut butter and possibly more spices.
