When I lived in California, my favorite was the Jamba Juice oatmeal with the blueberry topping ….I’ve been missing it for years!!! I tried this and OMG it tastes the same❤️❤️❤️

Made this a few times and found that 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch gives it a perfect tart and sweet flavour and a looser consistency. This makes it perfect for stirring into yogurt and as a topping for plain or lemon cheesecake. Delicious!

Super easy, I didn’t have corn starch so I substituted with arrow root powered ( 2x the amount of corn starch) and it was very yummy!

Super good. I had a few not quite ripe blueberries mixed in so I used 1 cup sugar.

Looks just like canned blueberry pie filling

This was so easy to make and it was just as delicious on its own or mixed into yogurt as it was in a pie.
