I really liked the flavor of this sauce, I think I'll have to double the sauce though to cover the amount of chicken that I used. I also added in broccoli and red bell peppers which came out really well.

I think there’s probably too much soy sauce for me, it was really salty.

Way too salty for us. I used the low sodium soy sauce but that didn't help much. I'll keep trying 🙂

The only thing I would change is if you knew you wanted to make it a few days in advance, prep the sauce! The night of it was good a solid 4 star recipe, but two days later I had it again with the sauce that was leftover, and it just about the best I’ve ever had

Tasted very strangely to me. Not the kind of Bourbon chicken I’m familiar with. Too much garlic and soy sauce perhaps? I’ll tweak it or find another recipe in the future.

Very Salty - even with low sodium Soy Sauce. Cut the soy sauce in half with water or use coconut aminos.
Works OK with Chicken breasts but thighs would be better.
Otherwise, good and easy to make
