- 1 tsp. vinegar (light)
- 2 eggs (lightly whisked together)
- 2 cups brisket (cooked, leftover, chopped roughly into smaller pieces)
- 1/2 jalapeño (seeded and chopped finely)
- 3 small potatoes (chopped into small cubes)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. spice (sazon, found in Latin markets)
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil (for drizzling)
- 1 cup passion fruit puree (found in Latin markets)
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 jalapeño
- 1 lime juiced (and zest)
- 1/4 cup water (more or less depending on desired consistency)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Egg wash (for brushing on empanadas)
- 1 egg (+ 1 Tbsp water, whisked together)
