Overall this is a very good casserole. I used crimini mushrooms and panko breadcrumbs since that's what I had on hand. The only tweaks I'll make are reducing the mayo to ¾ cup and the breadcrumbs to 1 cup and maybe adding some fresh garlic while sautéing the mushrooms.
