- extra-virgin olive oil (a light drizzle of)
- sesame seeds
- garlic powder
- pepper
- salt
- cornmeal
- 1 tsp. tahini (whisked together with 1 tablespoon of water)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 red onion (a small, minced, about 1/3 cup)
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
- 1 jalapeño (small, seeded and minced)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
