I thought it was very good. I never thought of making a stir fry without oil. I'll definitely make again.

The flavor was great but it didn’t make as much I thought it would.

In my opinion, the soy sauce overrides almost completely any other flavours; same for the rice vinegar. Maybe next time with less of these it will be better.
