I used a little more brown sugar and about an extra 1/2 tbl of butter and these were amazing. They tasted so good I forgot to take a picture but if it's any testament my 4 year old granddaughter ate almost 1/2 a pork chop by herself. She actually cleaned her plate tonight!!!

Very delicious and easy to make. Was out of Dijon so used stone ground mustard instead. It worked!

Definitely will make again. The glaze is delicious!

cooked the glaze a little too long, so it's almost a solid, but still tasty. used chili powder instead of cayenne.

Amazing, I have made it without the cajun, with the cajun, and with a sprinkle of cajun, I like the first and the last the best. One of my favorite dishes to make, the sauce is literally the best! It works great with porkchops and it also works really well over salmon. Highly recommend.

My family seemed to really like it. I would rather have used boneless but I used what I had. The glaze was a little thinner than I would have liked too but it was still really good.

My favorite recipe to date!!!!! Used nutmeg instead of cinnamon and extra brown sugar for sweetness 😋

My family truly enjoyed the Brown Sugar Glaze Pork Chops. I made four, one was left.

The pork chops could've been more tender, but were good. This may have happened because I put the pork chops in the pan when the oil may have been only slightly warm, since I had it on low heat. Then they weren't as tender because I left them in the pan much longer than 2-3 minutes. The sweet (not too sweet) glaze paired perfectly with the pork chops. I also tested the sauce at different points to see if I added enough cayenne, mustard and cinnamon. I added more cinnamon and mustard, but that may be because I tightly packed the brown sugar to have more of a sauce. I would make these again!

It was absolutely amazing. It had a perfect taste and perfectly cooked meat when cooked right. I would recommend this recipe for those who love meat, but don’t mind a kick to the sauce... Me and my family tried it and I was incredible,I even got my picky sibling to eat them, and she loved it! Try it and you will love it!!!
