It was fantastic, although i cut the peppers and hot sauce in half, because i don't like the spiciness.

This recipe was delicious. I did it in a slow cooker. I put some hot sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker mixed with a little ranch. Then I layered the potatoes over the top. Then sauce and cheese. Then I put the chicken on top and added the rest of the sauce and more cheese. I slow cooked it for about 8 hours while I was at work. Then added crumbled bacon and green onions when serving. It was delicious and easy. My husband went back for 2nds and had leftovers the next day (he hates leftovers).

Delicious! It took a long time to make, I think it would be more efficient to fry the chicken while the potatoes are in the oven, then add them with the toppings. I added tomatoes as well, worth it. Also made homemade ranch dressing (greek yoghurt, mayo, milk, chives, parsley, garlic, salt pepper)
