Family liked it! I added more chicken and did not account for that in the sauce, so I should have doubled the sauce. It was still very good I served with white sushi rice.

Soooo good! I had never cooked with a bit of cornstarch to thicken and it’s a real game changer. It turned out perfectly, I will definitely make this again.
