- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper (plus more to serve)
- 1 romaine lettuce (large, or 2 small heads romaine)

Really like this recipe! I added thin slices of chicken breast.
I didn’t red wine vinegar for the dressing, so I used Balsamic instead.
It taste really good. I will try next time with red wine vinegar.
