- 2 lb. deveined shrimp (peeled &, uncooked fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp. hot sauce (~ Tobasco is my preference)
- grits
- 5 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup quick cooking grits
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- 8 oz. cream cheese (regular or 1/3 less fat but not fat free)
- chives (to garnish, optional)
