Very flavorful given the limited ingredients. Reduce the amount of soy sauce and wine or it gets too runny. I'm going to add tofu next time.

This is amazing! Okay I made it with purple cabbage so not the most appealing but the flavors are great I can’t keep from picking at it. Trying to eat plant based, whole foods and this fits the bill!
