This turned out very good! I have melted Velveta before, but it wasn't as creamy as this is. I never thought to make a rue first. I've been a vegetarian for over fourty years so I think we are on opposite ends of the veggie spectrum and brought together by Velveta!😉

It is delicious. I used old cheddar which made it not as smooth as velvita would have been. This one is definitely going into rotation.
