Not bad. It was a little bland for my taste, not entirely sure what flavor is missing. But my family really liked it and I would make it again. I added tofu to it as well and served over rice.

So good! I added potatoes and peas, and I used coconut cream instead of coconut milk. I will definitely be making this again.

Loved it! Served over rice. So easy, but don’t like cauliflower overcooked, so only cooked it in the sauce for 5 min. Also didn’t need to blend the sauce.

This is a great mild, vegetarian curry. I added chickpeas to mine too.

It turned out great. Will definitely do it again and maybe add some chickpeas then.

Good, season it how you prefer it and use the balance of coconut milk you like. The process is flawless.

It was pretty bland so I doubled the tomatoes, added another tbl. of curry, added coriander, cardamom, cayenne, and salt. It was really good after that. A little more cinnamon would’ve made it perfect. I lived with someone from India for 3 years and if I had given him the original recipe he would’ve laughed at how dull it was. But after modifying it myself; it tasted almost as good as his mother’s.
