i made with frozen veggies unthawed and frozen cauliflower thawed. it seemed like it had too many onions in it. maybe next time ill use 1/2 the onion. but overall went great with my trader joes asian meal for a quick dinner. i think the frozen cauliflower rice saved time if your in a rush.

I followed the recipe and by itself it was bland, despite all the flavorful ingredients. I ended up adding seasoning salt at the end that helped a lot. All the kids ate it for dinner and leftovers the next day. I added 1lb of chicken as well. I would make this again!

This recipe was quick and easy! It was so delicious. i added red bell peppers and pepper flakes to it for a little kick! I also saved some time by buying already chopped, fresh cauliflower rice! I ate it as a side to go with teryaki chicken!😋

good side dish, i added some chicken breast and tumeric powder, turned it into a protein rich main dish. will definitely make it again, next time with more scrambled eggs and some chili flakes.

Excellent! Used Vitamix to chop which did an amazing job and added teriyaki sauce. Hubby is happy!

Delish and simple.. I've made others before which involved many more ingredients. i had to substitute the sesame oil for coconut oil.. it's just what i had at the time and still came out great. I also added an extra egg for some extra protein.
