Excellent recipe! Cut the fish into smaller pieces to speed up the acid-cooking time.

It was pretty good. I modified it by adding Cholula instead of Tabasco and cayenne pepper. I also like my food spicy so I used two large Serrano peppers.

tasted delicious. i added more cayenne pepper
