These are so good that I make them ALL the time! Sometimes I eat them with bacon and eggs, but they're so tasty that I eat them alone as well!

Easy to make, readily available ingredients, fluffy and yummy! My family and I enjoyed it. We thought it didn't need any toppings as they were delicious as is, but we did taste them with maple syrup and honey. Both were good, but unnecessary. I believe that this recipe easily lends itself to personalization. This recipe is a keeper! Thanks for sharing!

I made the same quantities accept I exchanged the ricotta cheese to farmcheese and added 1/2 teaspoon zest of a lemon. My family loved it
